At the start of its Nov. 5 session the Guadalupe County court read and approved consent items a–h. The judge read a consent list that included budget amendments, the bill list, PCA and jury register, a memorandum of understanding with South Texas Veterans Health Care System related to the county’s Veterans Treatment Court, the naming of Rockwoods Lane off FM 775 in Precinct 4 and acceptance of donations to the sheriff’s office (including $100 from an individual and $5,565 from calendar proceeds). The court approved the consent agenda by voice vote with no opposition.
The judge also noted an official bond and oath for Jeremiah Wilson as deputy fire marshal and thanked county staff for their work on county programs; consent items were approved as read and will be processed through normal administrative channels.
