Russell County sets budget work sessions and approves checks, signs small tax correction

Commissioners approved checks to be deducted from multiple county funds, including General, Road & Bridge, Ambulance and Solid Waste, among others. The commission signed tax correction numbers 2026000053 through 2026000055, which reflect a combined tax increase of $889.24. The meeting adjourned at 11:23 a.m.
