KDOT: I-70 resurfacing and multiple Hwy 281 projects to affect Russell County into 2027

Brandon Decker, standing in for Penco Engineering, said his firm has been performing bridge inspections around the county under changed state regulations. Commissioners heard the updates as part of the annual meeting reports; staff will continue coordination with KDOT and county public works on schedules and detours.
