The county approved a series of claims and payroll items across July meetings. On July 2 the board approved claims dated June 20, 2024 totaling $345,798.75. On July 16 the board accepted claims for July 10, 2024 in the amount of $576,735.34. Payroll documents read into the record show a total payroll with workers’ compensation and unemployment of $814,962.69 and the minutes list total claims and payroll for April 2024 as $1,544,108.02.
County Treasurer Betty Romo reported investment interest and itemized deposits and reimbursements, including multiple HB212 "PP Class 8 exemption increase FY24" reimbursements and HB124 fourth ATR entitlement share allocations that were distributed among general, road, bridge and other county funds. Specific deposit lines and fund distributions were read into the record, and the board certified the warrants and payroll as presented.
