Commissioner Jason Krug’s phone was disconnected and he did not vote; the motion carried. The decision followed an earlier tabling to allow staff review of the bids at 9:15 a.m.
The commission authorized the purchase by motion; no amendment to the procurement amount was recorded in the minutes.
