"If you do it that way, though, they also wanna call or an email giving them a heads up that it's on the way," S6 said when describing filing options; S6 proposed posting the town's ethics rules and an investigation policy on the municipal website and offered to draft suggested text for review at the next meeting. Board members asked for a ready draft and discussed whether to use a liaison model or establish a local ethics commission.
