Ludlow reports declining overdue water balances; some payment plans remain delinquent

She said that accounts over 120 days past due were about $12,000 on Jan. 9, $10,800 on Jan. 31, and $9,300 at the time of the meeting; some accounts on payment plans have not been current and will require additional follow-up.
Wu told the commission staff will make a focused collection push before spring. The commission did not take a formal vote on billing policy at the meeting but asked staff to continue monitoring accounts and report back.
