The Grant County Court unanimously approved a consent agenda at its Jan. 21, 2026 meeting that included minutes of Jan. 7, 2026, and four budget-related resolutions. The approved transfers were Resolution 26-01 (Emergency Management intrafund transfer of $5,600 to move Materials & Services to Personnel to cover the addition of a family member to health insurance), Resolution 26-03 (DA Revolving intrafund transfer of $1,450 from Materials & Services to Capital Outlay to purchase computers), and Resolution 26-04 (Community Corrections transfer of $597 to correct a budgeted amount). The court also recorded rescission of Resolution 25-46 for the DA Revolving fund as Resolution 26-02 noted the transfer in question had already been made.
Judge Hamsher moved to approve the consent agenda and Commissioner Rowell seconded; the motion carried with an affirmative vote of 3-0. The minutes and the transfers will be reflected in the county’s records and the budgets adjusted as approved.
