Owner Nikayla Nelson told the commission she would not provide pedicures or use acrylics and estimated one to three clients on an evening depending on family responsibilities. "No pedicures. No use of acrylic. Just strictly manicures," Nelson said. Commissioners clarified that the designated stall is the front, third-car driveway stall (not behind the garage) and approved the permit with that clarification as a condition. The motion carried by voice vote.
Staff will enforce the condition that clients park in the designated on-site stall and operate by appointment as stated in the staff report.
