On the Phoebe Brown / Sunset Stream Way connection staff said council approved full design and surveyors have finished work; initial design will be asphalt in constrained areas with the possibility of narrower widths in tight sections. S1 also updated the committee that the city has put the 17th East school property out for an RFP and prefers a cemetery or part-cemetery option but will evaluate bids received through the RFP process.
