Council approves Foster Care Foundation gala with amended conditions limiting outdoor doors and banning fireworks

After discussion, the council amended Condition 1 to allow doors propped open until 7:30 p.m., explicitly banned fireworks including sparklers, and approved the permit unanimously, 4–0. Bouchard reiterated, "No fireworks. No sparklers. None of that." Staff said they would monitor compliance with the conditions.
The conditions balance the applicant's desire to provide an inside/outside cocktail experience with neighborhood noise and safety protections.
