The Select Board handled a series of routine actions and appointments during the May 4 meeting. Motions approved unanimously included minutes for April 6 and April 14; approval of liquor licenses for Blue Duck Deli LLC, Proud Bear LLC and Goodman’s American Pie; acceptance of the First Due bid for a Fire/EMS records management system; and approval of revised transfer station fees. The board also appointed Chief Ben Whalen as Deputy Fire Warden and appointed Matt Bellantoni to the Planning Commission.
The board voted unanimously to enter executive session for personnel and contracts at 8:15 p.m. and voted unanimously to exit at 9:42 p.m. Justin Hyjek moved to adjourn and Noah Schmidt seconded; the meeting adjourned at 9:43 p.m. The actions were procedural and recorded as unanimous votes in the meeting minutes.
