Road staff asked the court to consider reimbursing $380 to employees who purchased breakfasts for volunteers at two events; one commissioner supported reimbursement but recommended the practice be pre‑authorized in future to avoid ad hoc expenses.
The court approved continuation of the cleanup program and directed staff to set dates for May and October 2025; commissioners also asked staff to standardize pre‑approval procedures for volunteer meals and to coordinate publicity with churches and community calendars.
