Town vote set for March 24; trustees and residents plan outreach

Trustees and residents proposed several outreach steps to increase turnout: Justin Hyjek suggested an ad in THE VERMONT JOURNAL; Michelle Stinson suggested sandwich boards; Sharon Bixby volunteered to manage a Front Porch Forum post; and Penny K. Wu said the municipal office staff would explore postcards and other outreach logistics. Officials noted absentee ballots will be available and that Village residents will receive two ballots (Town and Village) while Town‑only residents receive one.
