Planning Board notes Master Plan update, Rails to Trails subcommittee hearing and recent ZBA decisions

The Board recorded recent Zoning Board of Adjustment outcomes: ZBA 26‑06 (Mark & Michelle Cota) was denied; ZBA 26‑08 (Peard Properties) and ZBA 26‑09 (Millipore) were granted; ZBA 26‑10 and 26‑11 (Sarah Seaver) were withdrawn without prejudice.
The meeting concluded with congratulations to Planning Director Douglas Dumont on his recently published book. The Planning Board adjourned at 7:10 p.m.
