Bill Patten, representing the Sublette County Hospital District, briefed commissioners on district activities and budget matters. Patten said the annual audit was conducted and the results will be shared at an upcoming meeting; he summarized revised revenues and expenditures on the revised budget and said the Hospital Foundation is working with the district to raise funds to remodel three wings of the old Sublette Center into assisted living, a project expected to take three to five years.
Patten also addressed a rumor reported to Commissioner Vickrey that the Heritage Home was understaffed and said the rumor was unfounded in his update. The board authorized staff to draft a grant-support letter for the Hospital District to review at the next meeting.
