Commission gets updates on EV charger, Town Plan and flood/river corridor language

In Other Business Terry Carter said she is trying to get on the Trustees agenda to seek approval to install an electric vehicle charging station at the Ludlow Electric Light Department office. She also spoke about aligning the 2027 Town Plan with goals developed by the Planning Commission and suggested a town-wide photo contest to collect images for the plan.
On flood and river corridors, Carter followed up on Eric Alden's proposal to add back a small section removed from Article 6 of the Stand‑Alone Ludlow Flood and River Corridor Bylaws. Carter said a new paragraph is being drafted by Asa Brayton of the state and the Selectboard will decide whether to reinstate it.
