The Ludlow Development Review Board held a special reorganization meeting May 11, 2026, at the Frank Heald Auditorium and opened the session at 5:50 p.m. Erin Ladd opened the meeting and the board moved through a slate of organizational motions. Julie Nicoll moved and Phil Carter seconded a motion to elect George Tucker, Jr. as chairman; the motion passed unanimously. Phil Carter then moved and Doug Sheehan seconded a motion to elect John Boehrer as vice-chairperson; that motion also passed unanimously.
The board continued with administrative appointments. George Tucker, Jr. moved and John Boehrer seconded a motion to elect Erin Ladd as clerk, and the motion passed unanimously. Separately, Julie Nicoll moved and George Tucker, Jr. seconded a motion to appoint Lisha Klaiber as recording secretary; that motion likewise passed unanimously. The meeting adjourned at 5:52 p.m. after the board set its regular meeting schedule (second Monday of each month, 6:00 p.m., with alternate fourth-Monday dates) and adopted its Rules of Procedure.
