The Board then approved the meeting agenda on a motion by Supervisor Paul Stimpson, seconded by Supervisor Bryan Hamlet; the recorded vote was aye for Hamlet, Newman and Stimpson, with Mrs. Eurika Tyree participating remotely and Supervisor Robert Saunders Jr. absent.
After the listed presentations, the minutes state the Board adjourned until its next regularly scheduled monthly meeting on Tuesday, Feb. 10, 2026 at 7:00 p.m. The meeting record is signed by Chairman John Newman and County Administrator Derek Stamey.
