The Town of Manchester Selectboard reorganized its leadership at its March 17 meeting, electing Ivan Beattie as chair, Heidi Chamberlain as vice chair and Jonathan West as clerk. The motion to elect Beattie as chair, nominated by Laurie Kunz and seconded by Chamberlain, passed unanimously, 4-0.
Selectboard members also approved a motion by Chamberlain to appoint Laurie Kunz to review and approve accounts payable and payroll warrants with Jonathan West serving as the backup reviewer. That motion likewise carried 4-0. Town Manager Scott Murphy introduced the reorganization item and conducted the nominations process.
