County Conservation Director Richard Daugherty presented a written quote from Keosauqua contractor Blain Smith to construct a fence on the property line between Van Buren County and George and Patricia Boring (NW½ of the NW½ of Section 23-T68N-R10W). The quote covered materials and installation.
On motion by Meek, seconded by House, the Board authorized the County Conservation Director to hire Blain Smith at the quoted cost of $1,589.00, to be paid from the Indian Creek Watershed fund (Fund #30000). The motion carried by a 3-0 vote recorded in the minutes.
