Gareth Shambaugh of Ayres and Mark Oldenburg, representing Security Financial Bank, answered commissioners’ questions about community‑room use and access. Oldenburg said the building would make space available to local nonprofits and community groups: "This room would be available for, like, nonprofits, boys and girls club, you name it, to be there." Commissioners approved the site plan by unanimous vote, 7-0; staff will work with the applicant to meet the noted conditions before building permits are issued.
