The Whitley County Fiscal Court convened a special called meeting on Sept. 30, 2014, at 4:00 p.m. Judge/Executive Pat White Jr. called the meeting to order and Carolyn Willis offered the opening prayer on behalf of County Clerk Kay Schwartz.
Robbie Brown moved to approve and accept the reading of the minutes from the previous meeting, and Jamie Fuson seconded; the court recorded that all present voted yea and the motion carried. David Myers moved to approve appropriation transfers as presented, seconded by Fuson, and the court approved the transfers with unanimous yes votes from members present. Fuson moved to approve payment of claims as presented, with Brown seconding; again, all present voted yea and the claims were approved. Pat White then moved to adjourn, Brown seconded, and the court voted unanimously to adjourn. Roger Wells, 1st District Magistrate, was noted as absent in the roll call.
