At its June 29 meeting the Town of Manchester Planning Commission recorded several procedural votes and assignments.
A motion to approve the June 8, 2026 minutes as corrected was made by Commissioner Carolyn Alderman, seconded by Leon Ward, and carried 4-0. Later, Alderman moved to extend the meeting five minutes; Mark Shoener seconded and the motion passed 4-0. With no additional business, Alderman moved to adjourn, Ward seconded, and the meeting adjourned at 7:05 PM by a 4-0 vote.
Separately, the commission requested staff to circulate suggested sidewalk ordinance language (outdoor dining) and asked Commissioner Leon Ward to prepare a draft noise ordinance for consideration at the next meeting; Ward said he would have a draft and Shoener asked that it be circulated the week of July 13. The next scheduled Planning Commission meeting is Monday, July 20 at 5:30 PM.
