Planning Commission approves minutes, extends meeting and schedules next session

At the start of the June 29 meeting Chair David Michelson called the meeting to order at 5:30 PM and the commission approved the June 8 minutes following a motion by Carolyn Alderman and a second from Leon Ward; the motion carried 4-0. Later, at 7:01 PM Michelson asked for a vote to extend the meeting by five minutes; Alderman moved to extend and Shoener seconded, and the extension passed 4-0.
Town staff reported that Michelson, Thomas West and Alderman have reached term limits and asked if they would like reappointment; Alderman and Michelson said they would continue another term. With no additional business, Alderman moved to adjourn, Ward seconded, and the motion to adjourn was carried 4-0; the meeting was adjourned at 7:05 PM.
