Commission to adopt Rules and Procedures in July; several members asked about reappointment

Chair David Michelson said the Planning Commission’s Rules and Procedure will be adopted at the first meeting in July unless commissioners propose revisions.
Town staff reported that Michelson, Thomas West and Carolyn Alderman have reached their term limits and asked whether they would like to be reappointed; the minutes note that none has served a full term but that term limits roll over when someone resigns or is replaced. No formal reappointment or nomination action was recorded at the June 29 meeting.
The commission recorded no suggested changes to Rules and Procedure during the June 29 discussion; staff will follow up on reappointment processes and timing with the Selectboard.
