Michael Allen of Regrowth Planning told the commission the Local Workforce and Employer Survey, launched around Feb. 5, had received 67 responses to date. He said his team has visited approximately 100 local businesses to hand out invitation cards and estimated another 40–50 businesses remain to be contacted.
Allen supplied a response breakdown: 50 responses came from handout cards, 16 from paid Meta advertising and 1 from the Manchester Business Association; he said 53 responses were from local workers and 14 from local business owners or employees. The commission received the update for information and did not take formal action at the meeting.
