Commissioners approve bridge fund, capital fund amendment and a construction change order

Horacio Urieta described a stationing discrepancy on Old Vincennes that affects the wall length calculation; the board approved a $4,530.69 change order to resolve the difference. These items were moved and seconded by Commissioners Jason Sharp and Frank Loop and passed unanimously in the meeting minutes.
