RDA reports progress on brownfields and P&R properties; Heights site draws developer interest

Staff said proposals will follow a standard process (MOU, terms negotiation, then RDA review) and that some proposals may need to conform to existing development agreements. The board asked about closing timelines for a minor site remnant and staff said a closing is expected at month-end and a follow-up meeting with Merge and developers is scheduled next week.
