Public commenters praise ARPA investments and urge transparency on conditional approvals

Jeff Stadler, who said he resides in Tres Piedras (Trace Viedras), raised concerns about procedural errors in an October 1 appeal hearing and a recurring pattern of conditional approvals. Stadler argued that conditions should be resolved before matters reach the commission, or if they are later certified as met by administration they should be brought back to the commission for a public review so the board and public can confirm compliance.
