Staff said survey work is being scheduled and that the project will focus on Industrial Drive in the upper portion of the park and will encompass approximately 35 acres.
Members discussed the project in the context of supporting newly attracted employers and site readiness. The agreement advances preparatory work intended to make additional park parcels build-ready for incoming businesses.
