She requested permission to host the Children's Mobile Museum in the courthouse conference room on a Saturday and to use first-floor space for a Community Baby Shower on a weekday; minutes record no objection to the requests. "She asked permission from the Commissioners to host the Children's Mobile Museum in the Conference room on the 1st floor of the Courthouse," the minutes state.
The board approved a separate payroll change notice for a part-time data-entry position in the Register of Deeds office during the same meeting; no staffing motion for the Health Department supervisor role was recorded.
