Christopher Whalen seconded the motion and the board voted unanimously to approve the allocation.
The board also considered a previously bid gutter project and re‑awarded the contract to Worth’s, concluding Worth’s remained the lowest properly submitted bid when all job aspects were considered. That motion passed by unanimous vote as well.
