Committee member Jon moved to approve the April 16, 2026 minutes, and Letitia seconded; the motion carried unanimously. The committee recorded its quorum as Jim, Jon, Chip, Letitia and Carl present.
The committee approved several spending motions. Chip moved to reimburse Jon Grant for food he purchased for the April 23 Housing/Energy workshop, with funds to come from the committee's $500 annual budget; Jim seconded and all members voted to approve. Jon then moved to spend $200 on advertising for the May 16 Energy Fair, to be paid from either the committee's $500 annual budget or from the MERP mini-grant at the Town's discretion; Chip seconded and the motion passed unanimously. Jim moved to authorize up to $150 for food at the May 16 Energy Fair (same funding options); Jon seconded and the committee approved the expenditure.
Each of these motions was recorded as approved without recorded dissent. The committee will use the approved funds to support public outreach and the May 16 Energy Fair.
