The Town of Manchester Design Advisory Board unanimously approved a sign application from psychotherapist Laurae Baker for 231 Bonnet Street during its May 6 meeting in the Kilburn Meeting Room in Manchester Center. The board voted 5-0 to approve the signs as presented.
Baker’s application (S-2026, Tax Map 31-50-10.01) requested placement of two existing wall-mounted signs and one panel in an existing freestanding sign. The submitted dimensions were 5 inches by 25 inches and 12 inches by 33 inches. Boardmember Chris Conte made the motion to approve the signs; Andrew Baisley seconded and the motion carried 5-0.
