The Town of Manchester Design Advisory Board approved Application S-2026-8 on Feb. 4, authorizing replacement of a freestanding sign and related drive-through panels.
Applicant Eric Briere described the work as replacing an existing freestanding sign with a 10-1/4" x 2'-11" sign, replacing 1'5" x 1'5" 'enter' and 'exit' signs, and adding two 6" x 4'-0" panels above drive-through lanes. He told the board he would reuse the existing signpost, remove an 'X' above the post, and replace the sign insert with material matching the existing panels with only a logo change. Chris Conte moved to approve the sign as presented; Mary Shoener seconded and the motion passed unanimously, 5-0.
The board recorded the unanimous approval; no amendments or conditions were noted in the transcript.
