The Town of Manchester Design Advisory Board approved its Jan. 7 meeting minutes and announced the resignation of member Eileen Braheney at its Feb. 4 meeting in the Kilburn Meeting Room.
Braheney moved to approve the minutes; the motion passed unanimously, 5-0. Chair John Watanabe read that Braheney had submitted a letter of resignation; Braheney said the experience had been "very educational" and added that she will remain on the Development Review Board and is "accessible if need be." The board thanked her for her service.
No replacement was named during the meeting. The board's routine business concluded with motions and votes recorded by staff and the meeting was adjourned at 5:20 p.m.
