At its Feb. 4, 2026 meeting the Town of Manchester Development Review Board approved the minutes of its Jan. 7 meeting. Board member John Watanabe moved to approve the minutes as written; Eileen Braheney seconded. The motion carried 4-0-1; the minutes note that Robert Shortsleeve was not an active board member at the Jan. 7 meeting.
Later in the meeting Chair Tim Waker asked for a motion to adjourn. Watanabe moved to adjourn and Mary Shoener seconded; the motion carried 5-0 and the meeting adjourned at 8:00 p.m. The board announced its next regular meeting for March 4, 2026 at 7:30 p.m.
