Heidi Chamberlain said the sidewalk ordinance should be reviewed and possibly amended; Murphy agreed to add ordinance language review to a future Selectboard agenda. Jonathan West moved to approve sidewalk use for Christos and Thai Basil; Laurie Kunz seconded and the motion passed unanimously.
The board did not alter the permits at the meeting but asked staff to examine ordinance language regarding pedestrian diversion and to return any recommended changes for board consideration.
