The Marshfield Development Review Board closed the public hearing on the Booth deferred design-review application and moved into deliberations at 7:40 p.m., according to the minutes. No final approval or vote was recorded in the meeting minutes.
The board directed that the applicant supply a revised site plan that completes missing setback lines and clearly shows stream buffer setbacks. Lorraine Banbury, the zoning administrator and acting clerk, recorded the request in the minutes; the revised plan will be reviewed at a subsequent DRB meeting before a final action is taken.
