DRB approves May 6 minutes and sets July 1 agenda

The Town of Manchester Development Review Board voted 3-0 to approve the minutes of its May 6, 2026 meeting. John Watanabe moved to approve the minutes and Mary Shoener seconded; the motion carried with Robert Shortsleeve not yet present via Zoom.
The board also granted a continuance for a Boundary Line Adjustment application on Airport Road involving The Creative Process Runway LLC and the Town of Manchester. The applicant asked for more preparation time and the board added the item to the July 1 agenda.
