Village withholds WWTP payments until contractor provides required timeline

Because the contractor failed to provide a project timeline as required by the Letter of Conditions, the village has not approved payment of substantial outstanding invoices and will not accept responsibility for vendor interest charges attributable to delayed payment.
Klein said payments will be submitted through draw requests once Olympic provides the required timeline, including completion dates for project portions. The minutes record this as a condition for moving forward on payment approvals; the village is holding invoices pending contractual compliance.
