Commissioners set the October meeting as the likely forum for a fuller work-plan dive and asked staff to include a monitoring housing inventory and any previously completed studies (for example, the 2023 housing study) in the packet.
Next steps: staff will prepare the requested status report for distribution before the next meeting so commissioners can use the September and October schedule to align RFP timing, regional meetings and work-plan priorities.
