Sponsors and staff said the plan is to consider the zoning text amendment with the agreed definition at full Council and then bring the moratorium as a coordinated action. "So today, in the zoning text amendment, we're gonna be going through that definition, and then on Tuesday, we will 1st deal with the ZTA in full council and then the moratorium," the Council President said.
