Motion carried with five aye votes. - Mayor Kevin Sims moved to pursue Amendment #3 to State of Oregon Master Agreement #517 to coordinate community services with the state; Council President Wishart seconded. Motion carried with five aye votes. - Councilor Collins moved that Town Manager Stan Foster work with "Ginger" on the Don's Market Brownfield project; Councilor Tracy seconded. Motion carried with five aye votes. - Councilor Tracy moved second reading and adoption of Resolution No. 1177 (new water rates); Council President Collins seconded. Motion carried with five aye votes.
