The Wyoming County Schools board approved its consent agenda at the start of the meeting, which included minutes from July 13 and July 16, extracurricular fundraising and bus requests, payment of invoices (packet pages 10–24) and a P‑Card statement (packet pages 25–28). A staff member recommended the package and the board president, Miss Hall, called for the question. A motion to approve was made, seconded and approved; the board recorded five members in favor.
Board discussion addressed routine controls on summer fundraisers: members reiterated that fundraising deposits must be checks routed through the business office and noted summer secretarial availability may require groups to pay staff to process deposits. The board was also reminded of its next meeting on Aug. 3 at 6:00 p.m.
