"For the month of July, slip rentals we've done $58,231 in sales," Bell said, noting both transient and monthly customers contributed.
Managers reported diesel sales surpassed projections: the team had budgeted 25,000 gallons at $4 per gallon but sold more than 30,000 gallons in July and reported 300,035 gallons over a three‑month span. Dock operations staff said that events and marketing attracted transients and boat clubs and that, given current results, the marina will not need to draw on reserves this month. Commissioners thanked the dock team, noted three commercial slips remained available for lease, and asked staff to continue monthly financial reconciliations and sweep processes to transfer available cash to town accounts.
