Daniel Sullivan introduced himself to council as an applicant for the Board of Adjustment and described his background and interest in serving. "My name is, Daniel Sullivan. Reside at 3600 Water Mill Way in North Lake...I've been really excited about the opportunity to do that here in Northlake...I currently serve as a vice president for a public health institution," Sullivan said.
Council emphasized the charter duty to ensure geographic representation on boards and, after nominations and a motion, voted unanimously to appoint Sullivan to the vacant position. Other applicants who introduced themselves included Cecil Oviedo, who described construction and development experience; council encouraged all applicants to remain engaged for future openings.
