City Recorder/HR Coordinator Jennifer Mirabile presented the agreement and reported a total compensation package of $167,570, which staff said is slightly below the surveyed average of comparable cities noted in the staff report.
The motion to approve the agreement was moved by Council President Pat Coy, seconded by Councilor Alexa Benson, and passed unanimously (5‑0). Staff will process the employment agreement per normal HR procedures.
