CUD to brief Isle La Motte on fiber-optic timeline at Feb. 4 meeting

Selectboard member Cary Sandvig told the board that the CUD has requested to attend the first February meeting to present an update on fiber-optic installation in town and to meet and greet residents with informational materials. The board agreed to add the item to the Feb. 4 agenda.
Sandvig said the CUD would update the town on when Isle La Motte residents might have access to fiber-optic internet. The board did not set a specific presentation time at the Jan. 20 meeting; the item will appear on the Feb. 4 agenda and CUD representatives are expected to be present to answer questions and distribute information to taxpayers.
